전기, 수도, 가스를 포함한 관리비는 사용하신 만큼만 체크아웃 시 별도로 청구됩니다. 4인 기준 한달 이용시 일반적으로 전기는 에어컨 사용량에 따라 0~30만원(여름), 가스는 난방 사용에 따라 3(기본 온수)~20만원(겨울), 수도는 자쿠지 사용 여부에 따라 1~20만원까지 천차만별인 것으로 확인되었습니다. 결과적으로 통상적인 가정집처럼 이용하는 경우 20~30만원 정도가 평균치입니다. 큰 차이가 없다면 복잡하지 않게 고정가로 숙박비에 포함하고 싶었으나, 무분별한 자쿠지, 난방, 에어컨 사용에 의한 요금 폭탄을 경험한 후 부득이 사용량 만큼 청구드리게 되었습니다. 대부분의 경우 이 방법이 오히려 저렴하고 가장 투명한 방법이라고 판단했습니다. 양해 부탁드립니다.
